It was my first time wanting to temp and I was contacted by Tirebuck about a role which they thought I would be suitable for. I wishfully asked if they could find somewhere within walking distance from where I live and to my surprise within half an hour they found me a great place to temp at. I could not be more pleased with my experience: with the whole team at Tirebuck from the placement they found which they were right about (it was perfectly suited to me & what I was looking for), communication, the team coming to see meet me whilst in my placement and getting paid on time. I have found a perm place now but if I ever want or need to temp again they will be the first agency I call. Thank you for a great experience temping Tirebuck.

I was working bank shifts with Birmingham Community Healthcare Trust previously (2016). As I wasn't given any shifts for 2 months I decided to search elsewhere as I didn't want to wait around for work. Tirebuck posted a job on behalf of a company. I applied. Tirebuck contacted me, I managed to secure a position with the company and stayed with the company for 4 years and did progress there. I left due to having a baby. This recruitment company were extremely helpful. Unfortunately I can't remember the lady who I spoke to but she was lovely.

Despite not actively seeking a new opportunity I went for the interview and the job was a fantastic fit for me and much closer to home! I can not recommend the Tirebuck team enough! I have had the pleasure of the support of these fantastic ladies both as a client and as a candidate. Unlike many agencies, Tirebuck work on quality and not quantity. They listen to your needs as a client (which is also a novelty for some agencies) and send through great candidates who are successful in their placements.

Fantastic agency and team! I signed up with Tirebuck recently and the team there were all very welcoming and helpful in getting me set up. Rachel Bodfish helped me secure an interview almost immediately and I was able to quickly secure a new position from this. Even after I was offered the job, she worked tirelessly to give me all the information I needed and chased the client on my behalf on a daily basis. Having now started, I'm still getting check up emails to see how I'm settling in which is a great touch! Really can't recommend these guys enough! Having already found employment in only a few weeks, my experience with Tirebuck so far has been fantastic.
