We understand that due to business demands, you may need to flex up or down in terms of staff numbers - and often at short notice. I was recommended by a friend who got a job through this agency, in which I had a completely different experience to them. I applied for some roles with teamwork and was told to pop in to see what jobs would be a great match for my CV. I wasn't happy with the fact I kept having to chase them to book a time I could come in the office, since they didn't call back as promised.
I was under the impression that I was popping in to get signed up and directed to what jobs I could apply for, this was not the case at all. When I arrived I was taken into a room by 2 of the members and was ambushed with interview questions, I wasn't made aware in anyway that this was going to happen, and of course I wasn't prepared as I came to visit on a lunch break and this was my first time in 2 years since having an interview.
I genuinely feel like they should make people aware if they're going to interview them, as this made my experience extremely anxious and just put on the spot. I was told by Julie that she didn't have any full time jobs as of yet, but would get in touch with me when they had some. I had a feeling I was being lied to as the interview didn't go well, and I was right I had no further communication from them since and this was 8 weeks ago. Made my first experience job hunting awful! Would definitely not recommend.

I enjoyed all the jobs that I did through Teamwork Selection. They helped me start the very same week and I was never out of work. The staff are all friendly and process your timesheets efficiently along with your pay. I wish I could give this company 0 stars to be honest. The so called "boss of the company" Juliet is the rudest woman I have ever come across, I wish I had never come across this company I had such an awful time with my "recruitment agent" who was the boss and she was so rude! She is so unprofessional and really does not have any people skills at all, meant to be a supportive group and felt no support from her whatsoever. Steer clear from this company.
