If I could give this agency 0 stars, I would. This agency encouraged me to leave a permanent position for a position that was temporary, without informing me of the temporary nature of the role. The recruitment officer also attempted to create a direct debit from my bank account without consent. Avoid at all costs

Please listen to the reviews. I didn't realise had such a history of being terrible, demonic people. Terrible communication, they give wrong dates for training days causing people to miss them and them not able to rebook. Absolutely no remorse or accountability whatsoever. I'm still shaking at my experience with this Staffline company. As a human being this was genuinely, one the worst experiences I've had in my life.
I have never felt so emotionally and mentally defeated before. Its actually insane these people are just able to put people through so much turmoil and get away with this. Companies like this represent the corruption and evil of this world. Just disgusted. If you love yourself, you would never put yourself through this. Just use indeed or another recruitment company.

The recruitment team In derby are great, all friendly and professional, it's just the people running the absence line for M&S staff line, rude and inconsiderate. Cancelled a phone call when trying to report an absence then saying the phone hadn't rung all morning whilst he was there. Also telling me I probably had the wrong number.

Not even 1 star I want to give, this agency has taken my holiday payment, its been 5 months now since i took my p45 before then i asked for my holiday pay, they said i lost all my 1 yeas holiday pays. I was working at hovis forest gate the HR will support only special community people. And the staffline staffs who work there are racist. never work for hovis and staffline. Can't believe my eyes it happens in a Christian country like ENGLAND

Its a shame that Staffline(the recruiting agency) are acting as the face of the M&S warehouse at Castle Donington for people who'd like to work there. The Staffline agency recruiters are very unprofessional and "RACIST", yes you read it right they are racist. If you have an option just run away from this place, everyone deserves some respect which Staffline is short at.
