Poorly managed. Assign untrained people to administer medication, which is illegal. Lie about people being trained when they are not. Avoid.

ASA at 1st appear to be very helpful! thats only to get you on their books i was asked to bring in passport, driving lics, statements with my address on it and my N.I. number. Bringing in my passport and driving lics isnt a problem bringing in statements with my address on it is near impossible now a days as everywhere uses paper less ie emails, and National insurance numbers no longer send out cards with your name and number on them, i went to HM revenue and customs webpage and downloaded a copy of my N.I. in a PDF format now without being smart the only way to view a pdf file is via a computer yet ASA refuse his method i did email them a copy of my N.I. via email no reply.
