I am so happy to rave on about my experience at this facility. I recently leased my first Mercedes at Fletcher Jones, a beautiful white GLC. I went merely for a test drive, but somehow drove out in a new vehicle. Each contact was not only professional, kind, but also impressive. Starting with Blake, for which I enjoyed his non-pressure approach, but desire to find what I was looking for.
He was thoughtful and just had great energy which made me feel confident that he was the person to find me my future car. Austin, also embodied professionalism and a desire to get me into a new ride that I would be happy with. Never once did I feel pressured into anything, rather really assured that I could have confidence in the team to meet my wants/needs in a car at a price I could be happy with.
Then Joey, who helped to facilitate wrapping up my current lease as painlessly as possible. I was impressed by his "let's get this done attitude!" To finish the day up, I had to pleasure of meeting mike who assisted in the finance department, the final step to receive my keys. I enjoyed the light conversation and his warm nature. I couldn't speak more highly of my experience and my confidence in becoming a now loyal customer.
I honestly was so impressed by the attention and care I received. I would highly recommend this team and am beyond happy in my new GLC. - Sadly, two days later I was notified of low pressure to one my tires. To my horror, a nail in the tire of my brand new car. I rushed off the Fletcher Jones, had the pleasure of being assisted by Gerald. It was the end of the day, a pretty awful day for that matter, but Gerald assisted in getting it handled immediately and going nothing short of the extra mile.
I even gave him hug once it was wrapped up. I actually drove away in tears due to the kind and compassion I received. From the absolute bottom of my heart I want to thank each of you for making my experience top notch. I am so impressed by the quality and care I received. I will forever be a loyal customer. Thank you again.

Leslie in service is the best. She has always taken care of my cars for the last 8 years and have never had an issue. Recently I was involved in a very small incident where something flew up from the highway and hit my bumper. She referred me to their on-site rep for the body shop Caliber Collision. Kevin G was very professional and knowledgeable about the repairs that would need to be done to my vehicle.
He was able to provide me with a quote promptly and touched up the bumper with some paint I purchased from the parts department. I was so grateful that he gave me a couple options, including the quick temporary fix. I feel assured that when I take the vehicle to the Mercedes Benz body shop that I will be taken care of in the same professional manner. Thank you Leslie and Kevin.

I had a great experience with Steve Howard my Sales guy and the manager. I had a small scratch on my left rear tire rim and they quickly addressed the issue and are making the necessary repairs with no hesitation - that's what I call customer service. Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz always top notch in my book!

What an unexpectedly great experience. I've never gone to a car dealership and received personalized care like I did this weekend at Fletcher Jones. I am always worried about being "sold to" at a dealership, but working with Kevin Sierra felt like working with an old friend who was helping me find the best option for my next car. I never once felt like Kevin was trying to push me into buying anything.
Even after he found the perfect build on the GLC Coupe I'd been looking for, he kept listening to my concerns and worked with finance to get me the best deal he could. Sam, Joseph, Josh and Nick were all great as was the the person in Finance who assisted me with my lease. I have one suggestion. I was at the dealership for over 4 hours on the day I leased the car. I had already been there a few days prior as had my husband, so everyone knew basically what we were getting. By the time I got to Nick to learn about all the features of my new car, I could hardly focus.
The process just took way too long. I was completely exhausted by the time I left. Maybe there is a way to expedite the process in the future. Other than that, I had a great experience.

Our salesperson JB has been going above and beyond in getting us into four Mercedes over the past few years. I had the most amazing experience with purchasing a car through Fletcher Jones Newport Beach. Ashley Laboda was absolutely exceptional! If I could leave 10 stars for her, I would do it in a heartbeat. I purchased a 2020 CLA on the eve of Christmas, so you can imagine how busy my schedule was already with work, planning my family party, getting Covid tested, so I can attend family events this holiday season, selling my old car and trying to purchase a new one. (It was a lot to fit in one day!) But, Ashley was there every step of the way. Honestly, she did all the heavy lifting and negotiating.

Ray, Fred & Nick were warm, friendly and informative. It was surprisingly the most stress free and fun car shopping experience. Ray was so genuine and such a good listener - thank you for helping us find the right car at the right price. Never met anyone who could make finance so much - Fred is a riot! Nick was the best tour guide and ensured the transition from old car to new car was seamless - he showed such great care red bow and all.

I was visiting from out of state. I drove my AMG approximately 2000 miles to Orange County, California. I wanted to get an oil change and I was told that Fletcher Jones is the premier Mercedes-Benz dealer in the area. I made a appointment with Kim the day prior and showed up an hour early the next day. I was promptly approach by the Concierge Service team where I was greeted like a rock star and then they took several pictures of my AMG from all different angles to include under the under the hood with a iPad.
Not sure why? A short time later I was consulted by Mr. Holsinger that I was a going to need a "A" Service in 65 days. So I decided to get that done. I was offered a Courtesy Car but I did not need one. While I waited in the Customer Lounge I noticed the dealership had a cafe so I ordered a coffee and a killer breakfast burrito. I walked around the dealership and enjoyed the "Petting Zoo" ( The new car showroom) and talked among the friendly staff there.
I got a text from Fletcher Jones saying maintenance on my vehicle was completed and was being washed. In fact, all paperwork of work completed and invoice was texted to me. Once my car was washed the Valet offered me a bottle of water and I was on my way. My experience with FJ Motorcars was a pleasant one. If I decide to drive my AMG to California in the future I will be sure to stop by if schedule maintenance is warranted.
