We are successfully placing high quality personnel from trainee to director level throughout the UK, and have been doing so since 1988.
Property Personnel was established by its owner and managing director, Anthony Hesse, in 1988. Before this date, recruitment agencies specialising in estate agency simply didn't exist. By breaking new ground, therefore, our objective was to provide a much-needed service that was to involve us becoming one of the most successful suppliers of quality staff to the residential estate agency industry.
I love recruitment - it runs through my veins! Having run Property Personnel for over 30 years now, I am still as passionate about this business as I was back in 1988 when I started it. Many of our clients are people we have placed in jobs, many are now great friends of mine, and a good number of them either own their own businesses or are now CEO's or MD's of well-known estate agencies.
We are constantly looking for the opportunity to expand our highly successful team and, as a consequence, we are always keen to receive applications from anyone genuinely interested in a career as a Recruitment Consultant. However, as with our clients, we are extremely selective about who we employ.

Charlotte made my job hunt easy, efficient and fast. Excellent service, communication and timing. I had four interviews and four job offers within a week! They had an amazing range of job positions available and I was given a specific selection catered to what I was looking for, all of which offered competitive salaries. Couldn't recommend them more, and hopefully you'll be lucky enough to get Charlotte, if I'm ever in the position of looking for a job again I will be using them and asking for her

Cannot speak highly enough of Anthony and Property Personnel. Anthony listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and recommendations and put me in touch with a company he was working with and a few chats later I have the role of my dreams. Not the role I saw advertised or originally applied for, but a role that Anthony thought I would be interested and a good fit for, and he gave me the support to go for it. Boom!
They don't bombard you with calls about opportunities that are not relevant either. Not all recruitment agencies are the same, I would come back to property personnel before going anywhere else. I look forward to recruiting my new team with his help in the future.

I've just landed my new job through property personnel. Charlotte was amazing at helping me through the process. She guided me so well and checked up on how everything went. Second interview and I got the job in estate agency thanks to her. Everything was very quick as I only was with them for two weeks. Will definitely be recommending them to friends in the future!

I am a recent uni graduate and a month after my graduation I started looking for jobs. I called Property Personnel on a Thursday and Charlotte answered my call, next Thursday I had a job! Charlotte is so helpful, she got me interviews with very good companies. She guided me through the interview process properly, and let me tell you I went for my first interview on Tuesday and in 2 days I had the job.
