I had a very personable and professional experience with prime appointments. I couldn't recommend them anymore. Everybody had my best interest as a priority. With the help of Katie, I secured an interview and was offered a job in a matter of time.

Got me work very quickly and pay is never a problem which is all you really need from an employment agency but unfortunately SOME of the staff are very rude and dismissive and seem too have a major problem with you ringing about issues and just act as though you should just be thankfull too have a job also the handlers do not want too hear your problems even when they send texts asking if there are any issues they dont reply too emails and once your in a job just seem too stop caring, not a very nice way too treat employees but some of the other staff are very polite and helpful and pay is good so overall a good agency

Prime appointments found work for me within days of registration, which was needed as I had to find work urgently. The 3 month trial gave me the chance to knuckle down and stabilise my finances. I applied for a job via Prime Appointments back in February. I was promptly called back by Mark who was incredibly helpful and secured me an interview for the end of the same week. After the interview Mark called to see how I got on and what my initial feelings of the company were, a very nice touch. I was then offered a second interview at the beginning of the following week and was offered the job.

Rather than think 'job done' Mark ensured I received all the the correct paperwork and information on the company's vetting procedure prior to my start date. 2 weeks and 6 weeks into the job, Mark touched base to check on how I was getting on. I can't recommend Prime Appointments highly enough. They are incredibly professional, work fast and importantly, retain a human touch throughout the whole application process. In all my dealings with Prime Appointments I have found them extremely professional, friendly and highly responsive. Most recently I worked with Jack who helped me find the right candidate for a role. He took the time to understand the type of person I was looking for who would complement the other team members as well as bringing the skills and experience that we needed.
