Working with this company is really terrible They would owe you and not pay yet they would be so nonchalant and lackadaisical about it.

I have worked with the team at MC Personnel in the capacity of trainer over several years now. The team are genuinely committed to delivering the best service they can for both candidates and clients, and have even been known to volunteer to come in on a Saturday specifically for training to make sure that happens. If that's not commitment, I don't know what is! As a bonus, they are also a lovely bunch of people and great fun!

I think this agency is one of the top agencies I have discovered, I didn't end up taking a job here as I have had to move out of the area but the chap at the front described the roles available very well, and at his assistance another was mentioning two roles in Rochester that I could snap. I will recommend if based in Medway.

Dealing with Bella Bence has been a nightmare for me. I contacted her about a salary rise which I am entitled to. However, despite having exchanged many emails with her and having had many phone calls, I'm still waiting to get the money. I should have gotten this money several months ago and have been in contact with her for months with no results.

She often says she will reply "shortly" but then proceeds to not contact me for months. I believe she is avoiding the issue. This is unprofessional. I'm fed up with this situation and would like to be taken seriously.

NOT RECOMMEND! Few years ago I worked for this company as a pack house worker. The job was heavy, only night shifts. It was really horrible. The wages was critical low. Anyway I was very disappointed and I left the job. I had always bad communication with MC Personal. They were always roughly! After this job I made really good career.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Dealt with an employee at the Ashford branch and she definitely has " no people skills ", spoke to her over the phone and her tone and attitude was shocking. I wasn't offered employment because I couldn't start when she wanted me too but to be honest I wouldn't have taken that position after that phone call. Shocking!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Not Covid Compliant whatsoever and is jeopardising the health of every company that plague bus attends aswell as the fact you won't get paid on time if at all but they'll tell you they're going to call you back and never do.

They were good to work for in the end but at the start I was sent to a place called ardo which is a hard place to work and I pulled my back out as the company ardo put me to the task of stack 12kg boxes ever 10 - 15 seconds for 4 hours before putting me on something else, I'm 6'2 and all the bending over and to pick up boxes etc was too much strain on my back and it hit me towards the end.

However it was really nice working at the other factory called DHM plastics but because of my back being pulled out I struggled working full time and eventually had to stop working because I couldn't stay on my feet all day but the people at DHM were the best as most of the staff are welcoming and have a sense of humour which is always good and the agency were good at delivering me work in the end. If the owner wishes to contact me about any of this I am happy to give a more detailed review. But good agency.

I had a good experience with this branch. MC found me a permanent job in January. I signed with a few other agencies but MC were the ones that found me a full time role after being registered for a week. A friend referred me. Would definitely recommend this agency to my friends!

Great service in terms of everything basically, great communication skills, support for transport, really reliable on get you a ongoing work position, a major opportunity to get a permanent job after 3 months like happen to me, if you are a foreign you just need basic language understanding because they help you best they can by people from tge same roots has yourself. A huge 5 star recommended work agency in Ashford and kent.

Have worked 4 months and still working had already recommended 4 people who are still working. effective management all three branch in Kent effective communication, employee care, chooseable plenty jobs and never heard and had any bad experience from employee and as an employee.

In November I Joined MC Personnel as an apprentice and have been here since. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome in such a short amount of time. Highly recommend
