The Three R's are a very friendly and personable teaching agency. They communicate really well and are regularly on the phone checking availability or offering work. I've been sent to a variety of schools and feel that I'm trusted professionally to go wherever they send me. There is no pressure applied to accept work as my personal circumstances are always taken into account in my conversations with them.
The staff are understanding and work and co-operate with you to help you to find suitable supply work. I'd happily recommend the Three R's to any teaching staff looking for work.

I have worked for 3rs since 2014. All the staff have been friendly and very supportive during all of my long term and short time placements. I have appreciated those extra phone calls checking that everything is ok. They are caring and accommodating towards the teachers they employ. It is a pleasure working for 3rs and I would highly recommend them.

I have worked with a few agencies and 3Rs outrank then all. They listen to your needs and expectations and never question them. They have a lovely relationship with schools which of course affects the relationship with the supply teachers. I always felt valued and supported. The well being of their supply teachers is paramount. All the staff were like friends! Through lockdown I received weekly well being calls. I'll miss them!

I love working with 3Rs. After struggling with workload and job satisfaction as a secondary school teacher, I now have a renewed enthusiasm for teaching. I work in both primary and secondary schools and I really enjoy the variety of jobs that I'm given. The girls are very friendly and they keep in touch via phone, text or email. 3Rs always try to give me plenty of notice for jobs and they give me the flexibility I need when I have other commitments.
They never mind if I let them know I am unavailable and they are so helpful if, on the odd occasion, I've had a tricky day. With newsletters, Christmas & birthday cards, I really feel I am working with a company that care.

I have been working for 3 R's on and off for nearly 6 years now so can speak from experience. I especially appreciate the comprehensive and prior knowledge given by the Secondary recruitment team of the schools in which you are placed. You are often telephoned to ensure that you are satisfied with the placement and should (On rare occasions) you not be happy, the team will help you move on to another placement. However, most of my work with them is long term and repeat placements which in itself speak volumes. Would I recommend? Yes, no doubt whatsoever!
