Nick Graff, MREC and Sian Maher, MREC - Owners and Co-Directors of Grafters Group met in the late 80s, whilst working for a large National Recruitment Agency. Sian managed the Commercial Office and Nick managed the Industrial Office. Both passionate about this industry and looking to provide a tailor-made and personal service, they joined forces to open Grafters Recruitment Consultants in 1999, offering a much needed and refreshing approach to Recruitment, without the target driven and sales aspect the industry was known for.

The business is owned and managed by Nick Graff and Sian Maher, and was established in 1999. Both Directors have been recruiting since 1988. Our long standing, reliable team of consultants are experienced, trained and qualified, and ultimately recognise that it is the customer who is the heart of our business.

In reply to the reviews below, we are unable to provide transport to work for anybody and it would be impossible to pay all our temps an advance on their wages before they had even worked for us. My whole team are respectful to all the people that walk through our door and try their best to help everybody, it would make no sense not to. I am very proud of all my team past and present.
As for the review by Frank, if you would like to pop into our office and ask for me I will make you a cup of tea(we have 5 different blends available) and we can have a nice chat about how we get our new clients on, the history of how we set up Grafters and anything else you feel aggrieved about. I feel very very strongly when anybody disrespects my team and like all the agencies in Eastbourne we do are upmost best to help people find suitable positions.
