Extraman has been supplying industrial labour for over 40 years, and from our current office in Earl's Court since 1986. With its excellent transport connections and central location, Earl's Court has, for many years, been a magnet for a high quality overseas workers. Our temporary worker profile is truly international, and a significant majority or our workforce will be typically from Australasia, South Africa, Eastern and Western Europe and the Commonwealth.All our temporary workers and permanent applicants must, of course, be entitled to work in this country.
The Senior Management team of Extraman has accumulated a service history that is rare in this competitive and often transient market sector. The loyalty that Extraman inspires in its staff has ensured continuity and consistency of service that has reaped benefits for both the Company and our Clients, and many of whom have remained staunchly loyal to the Extraman brand.
Extraman is as much an institution in Earl's Court as are over-crowded hotels, fast-food outlets, and pubs, and just about as well patronised. In 2021, we will be celebrating 50 years of organising and placing legions of staff from all over the world which has provided us with an experience in our field that others can only dream about.
Warehouse work, which involves picking/packing products, organising/allocating stock, working in areas such as despatch, goods in, replenishment and fulfilment. The work is usually light; where heavier duties are involved, candidates are briefed accordingly. We work for many household name customers, as well as countless smaller concerns and many of our longer term temporary workers progress to full time employment with the companies concerned.
