I took a role via Bramwith for a lower salary but my decision was based on there being a high bonus and salary review at the end of the year which would offset the difference. The bonus was no where near the amount promised and the company I went to work for was not aware of any salary review. As a result I would personally not deal with Bramwith again.
If you do take a role with them I would advise you clarify all elements of the role in writing and don't assume (as I did) that what you are told is the truth. My impression is that they are more interested in the commission they make irrespective of how they achieve it. Very disappointing.
