You hear all these horror stories about recruitment agencies and this being my first time in using one. They contacted me after seeing my cv online. On the phone they sounded very professional and couldn't of helped me more. I went into office and felt very welcome. I went for the job and am still here now and looking at promotion. Every week I got paid without fail and at the end of contract with them, they paid me all my holiday. They called me up all the way through my work to make sure everything was alright. Had a good laugh with all the staff as well. Would recommend highly.

Could not be more impressed by a recruitment agency. My circumstances have changed at home since my initial placement with Direct and Hayley has managed to find me an alternative shift pattern to allow me to spend more time with my children. Incredibly helpful and compassionate. Pay is above minimum wage and Hayley maintains a positive and proactive dialogue so giving feedback and asking questions is easy and encouraged. Hayley and Brad at the Stone branch are two of the most genuine friendly and understanding people I have come across working for agencies. They are both really easy to talk too and make the whole process stress free and simple. When I had an Incident Hayley dealt with everything calmly, quickly, made sure I was okay and didn't leave me waiting around for answers.
