I always used 365 when I had my business. They are very efficient at the recruitment business. The drivers they supplied were always punctual, smart and professional. I was never disappointed with anyone supplied. The invoice side of the business was easy and straight forward. Any problems with invoices or drivers were dealt and the team bounced into action in a prompt and efficient way.
Most agencies just supply a bum on seat, but these guys make sure the candidate meets the job spec. All round cracking service with a smile. You tried the rest now go try the best!

If you have an issue with pay then you have to contact their Payroll team via email, who only work Tuesdays, but they never replied to my emails, making it very difficult to sort the many issues I had. A month has gone by since I first asked for my P45 from 365, yet I have still not received it, even though I've contacted them multiple times since. Some of the staff talk down to you when you call them to talk about any issues, which I feel is unprofessional.

Waited over a fortnight for a promised interview at Steelite but never happened. Kept being told that my details had been sent. After querying why I hadn't been for an interview Josh told me it's because I haven't got forklift licenses. Licenses that I have held for 15 years and produced on signing up. POOR.

Can not fault the service of 365 recruitment. They found me work within a day of signing up. They are straight to the point, always on the ball and make sure they always do what's best for you. Friendly and approachable, don't mind if you nip in for a brew and a chat at anytime. Like I started, I can't fault there service. Great bunch of lads.

A big thank you to all the team at 365. A special mention to Josh, Ryan and the manager Dan for going out of their way to help me into full time work. From the moment I registered for work i was treated well and found the guys to be quite funny. Josh got me lined up with an interview within 2 days and after completing my temp to perm I am now working for a fantastic company.
I have read the other reviews and I have not experienced anything like what is being said. I personally had no issue with how payroll worked. Josh was very clear when we met on how payroll, Holiday pay and pay slips worked. Everything was done on a website that I logged into to get my pay slips. It was really easy. I can 100% recommend 365 and don't read too much into bad reviews. Probably moody workers that got the sack and have a grudge to bear. Xxx Trina P.s Josh I owe u a beer x

Responded really quickly by telephone after submitting my cv and application but Dan who I spoke to sounded a bit loud over the phone telling fellow colleagues off for making a noise in the office sounded a bit like he was showing off he told me there was a vacancy but would like me to attend an interview at the office he couldn't tell me over the phone who it was for and he would explain on interview I was really pleased it was so quick days later I attended an interview which was over the counter like in a shop and it wasn't confidential at all I was told what the job was, and who for, in front of everyone including other potential candidates and was handed a form to fill in and a maths test I handed it back to him when I finished and he quickly scanned over my answers within a second! and said they were correct I had to later give him my availability of the next 2 weeks so he can pass onto the company I made sure he understood that I wasn't available to start ASAP as my redundancy wasn't until June which he said was fine because they weren't starting anyone just yet he told me that he had narrowed the applications down to myself and another lady and he would be making a profile of us and would send off to Don Burr I waited for over a week for a call so I rang the office and Dan told me not to worry my details had been sent off, 2 weeks of waiting I rang the company to enquire and they told me the vacancy had been filled I was gutted to say the least but quickly realised that it's just a ploy to get you on the books with them disgusting behaviour don't go with them. i don't believe that a decision was made so quickly in employing someone something had gone wrong here.
