Burton Bolton & Rose is an amazing agency and the Staff there are extremely caring and provide great customer service. Would rate it ZERO stars if i could! Registered, got called in for a test, on the day was told they don't have any vacancies and that i will get a call in the future. 2 years down the line not a single call! Recently applied for a role which they were an agency for, got a call from someone regarding a role i didnt want and was informed that i have no chance of finding a job in the field i wanted, as my degree was achieved 2 years ago! when in fact i had 3 interviews lined up that week.
In addition there are so many entry level jobs and people who have not done that degree still land into that field! please educate your staff and inform them not to discourage a person who is looking for a job as there are always ways of getting it! Some people are not mentally capable of taking such comments in especially when they are stressed!

Absolutely brilliant, very polite and helpful. Within a week, I was told of a job to give my CV to; very suitable to my experience, given an interview and afterwards, offered a job. Burton Bolton & Rose in my opinion is one of if not the best recruitment agency in the whole of Northwest London. Through their help I have been able to not just go from being jobless to having a job but through them I have been able to land myself a permanent job of which I have been working with for the past year.exactly the type of job I was hoping to land myself in as I was thinking of leaving my previous job. The staff at Buryon Bolton & Rose have been fabulous. Rochelle and Nathalie kept in regular contact with suitable roles, but they never put me under pressure to pursue them if they weren't quite right. Eventually a position came up that I was really interested in and I was delighted to be offered the job.
