I had the best experience ever! I will recommend Serena 1000000%! She helped me to find a job pretty quickly, she check on me everyday, helped to prepare my interviews, she pushed for me, and I'm so grateful for her help, she definitely did more than just her job she was a real support, even a strong moral support especially during this pandemic, when find a job is hard, so I really appreciate that, I'm so thankful!

I've had a great experience with Signature Staff. I feel like the agency worked really hard to find me the perfect fit. As a live in nanny it is important to find the right family for me to work for, they found me a lovely family and I am still employed by them. I always send any nanny friends or parents towards signature staff as they are very attentive and know what type of nanny you need, even if you don't know yourself. Highly recommend!

We used Signature Staff to find a maternity nurse for our newborn twins. We'd highly recommend their services. The quality of the nurses we spoke to was exceptionally high and Tonya, who managed the process, was very friendly, responsive and knew all the right questions to ask. The nurse we ended up choosing was a delight to live with and we still stay in touch now.

I have engaged with many agencies over that last few years and none of them have come close to signature staff. They operated in a professional, efficient manner. Understanding our needs, matching the perfect nanny and staying in touch with us throughout the placement. We felt fully supported and would certainly use them again and recommend them over other agencies.

I have recently found a maternity nurse thanks to maternity solution. While i am very happy with the maternity nurse herself, I have received appalling service and poor value for money from Maternity Solutions. When I complained about it, instead of simply apologising, Tonya sent me a list of lame excuses/justifications for her poor behaviour. I would urge you to go to another agency if you are looking for one who provides support and respect to their clients
