Arranged interview with them and no one made contact on the allotted day/time. Highly unprofessional behaviour.

Keep getting hammered everyday with texts that I don't need and is outside of my travel distance, due having to travel on backroads and a roads, have told them mutiple times I can't get there and it takes 1 hr 30 mins there and back everyday. don't tell you if you've got a job or not. all they see if pound sign by the company they work for. Wish you could give 0 stars

Breach of GDPR - keep consistently sending me unsolicited emails as they saw my 'CV in their database'. I don't remember giving you it and it's for entry-level positions, and I've been in my industry for 8 years so you've kept that in your database for a while without my consent. Also sent to an email alias that I haven't used since 2013 so.

Very unprofessional place, would give 0 star if I could. Gone for a job interview got promised a job, so I quit my previous job for Baxter to tell me the next day that they don't need me anymore. Avoid this agency as they will mess you around. Don't follow for their tricks Horrible, horrible place and people working there playing with people life.

Been self employed for 18years and at age 55 but Baxter's find me work in a lockdown! Been good with communication, flexible, no problems with pay. not sure where some of the other reviews are coming from. Moved on again due to relocation but I have had no issues with the agency, people and treatment.

Unless you're desperate for work then I really wouldn't bother to register with this agency.if you accept an assignment from them then you're not happy with it don't dare tell them cos they wont offer you any more work. Also they send you to unsafe factories one in particular that is not adhering to social distancing when I told them this they expected me in next day completely unprofessional don't care about you at all just as long as they get paid!

They apparently think that Peterlee is in my area, especially as one of the shifts required me to start at 5am, I live in Blyth, Northumberland. Distance is about 74miles return per day on or near minimum wage. By car is on the limit of my distance to travel but if my car broke down then travelling by public transport would take about 5hrs 30minutes return each day. I would need a tent and sleeping bag for the 5am shift.

I've attempted twice to obtain a position being offered through Baxter. You apply then get notification that you need to attend an interview which happens to be a hundred and something miles away. Based on that, you try and ring them. Nobody answers at all in any branch. You email in and quickly Katherine I think her name was contacts you and says, not her client, Laura will ring you.

You wait and wait and wait until you're left thinking, I'm going to miss this opportunity waiting for contact. You email again only to be told the same thing. Another week floats by and you email again. Laura responds and tells you that the position has gone. If I was a business looking to use Baxter, I'd think twice. If I ever see another opportunity through Baxter, I'll let it go.

Twice I've been messed around and you just don't need it, there's enough stress in life being unemployed without having the extra strain on you caused by Baxter Personnel. Read the reviews folks, they're a good reflection on this business.
