I would 100% recommend Angel Agency its a super professional and friendly company. They pay on time and are very organised- it's super easy to book onto shifts and you meet some great new people, explore new places and often get delicious food at the end of shifts! I have been part of Angel Agency staff since November 2021 and I couldn't be happier working at the agency.

I've had the chance to work at some truly amazing venues across London, such as the Grocer's Hall and 86 Mark Manson's and I have worked alongside some really great people. Angel Agency has a friendly and enthusiastic environment that makes shifts enjoyable. The company offers a lot of flexibility- you can pick the shifts that work with your schedule and pick up work.

It's been really easy to fit work around my life and balance work and there is always work available and a huge variety of shifts, so the job is always interesting and it's exciting to work at new venues each time!

Basically l won't go back to this place and it's not like what they wrote on their job sites. I wasted my time going there. Be careful to not fall into their lies.

Is Joane still coordinating the Southampton branch? Is she the sister of the correct owner? Mr Rony worked with her at the time but I lost contact with both

This is just a horrible urgency. If you work for them, they don't want to pay you. They feel so bitter if you ask them for payment of what you have worked for. What a shame in this world that there are people who still believe in exploitation of other human beings for selfish gains. No wonder they are 3 stars. Selfish and greedy people. I thank the laws of the land, they will not get away with it. Horrible urgency.

I know my job application was rejected because of my deafness. Job scam position false information application of office cleaner agency worker. Agency office company are unprofessional helpful. I thought staff will contact on me. I know they were played the game with me.

Extremely Unprofessional, I called to get taken off the Clientele list, as there was simply a lack of communication and i didn't know my exact duties on my booked job (Can't even get a email detailing the job description, But can somehow manage to text me the address, but not my Job duties). Called and Got spoken to Rudely and had the phone shut on me.

This is not! How you deal with clientele, i can appreciate when a individual is busy and is supposedly dealing with "200" bookings. A simple explanation of how busy you have been would have sufficed and even saved her the time it took to shut the phone on me and be rude. Nirvana needs to work on her temper and be able to speak to people like Humans.

Best company to work for from 2015 to present. Angel is a family run business and you get the feeling that they really care about the individuals not just the numbers! I would recommend working here to all my friends and family.

I had been laid up in bed for 5 days with an extremely painful case of plantar fasciitis. GP care was restricted to writing prescriptions to be collected by friends or family. What I needed was a couple of hours of, what I discovered was called Homecare or Domiciliary Care, rather than Nursing. The following day, my helper arrived (early) and got me showered and generally sorted me out. Leaving me in clean bed clothes, clean pyjamas, fed, and feeling 100% better and a lot more human. It is difficult to put into words how much better this all made me feel, but i absolutely felt this was worth every penny.

Hi, this is a great HR agency right in Union Street. It is a superb location and the staff is great. Sean found me a job within days of registering, had a rebate from HRMC from my previous jobs and they even registered me on NEST (pensions). They send you work opportunities every morning and you can find permanent employment referred to interviews. So, it is great.

Terribly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! Do you want to work for a company that will not follow their own procedures then not assist when its desperatly needed? Then this is the "firm" for you. Absolute joke.

I have been working for angel for more than half a year since last May, I am more than pleased with their services. All the staff is nice and would resolve problems as promptly as they could, especially Sarah, Ruth and Jim. Thank you all. All the best.

The care sector of Angel is totally rubbish especially the manager called Joan. She is totally rude and unprofessional. Working with Angel was not a great experience. Be careful if you want to work for this company as they don't care about their staffs and the manager treats you like you are nothing. I'm not sure why she is a manager to be honest.

Well I think I have the privilege of saying 30 years service to this company has been pretty much inspiring!
