Over the covid period i lost my job. I went to many agencies and the only one that found me work on the same day was interaction with good pay rates. Finding jobs that you're capable of doing with your experience and within your travel requirements. Very professional helpful staff and polite and always someone there to help.

Sam followed me during the recruitment process. He was professional and transparent. He also negotiated the salary for me and that was very helpful. He also kept me up to date with everything. I got the job and I am looking forward to start. The agency is good and have some real good jobs. One more thing for the job hunters. I applied many times to jobs offered by rise technical.

Many times I heard the usual thing u are not successful but I kept trying and then voil got the job. So keep applying with this agency even if u are not successful at the first stage

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Once they've finished messing you about because you're nothing to them and you say No! No more work from you, they'll text you til the end of time on a no reply number. Interaction are one of the worst

Absolutely brilliant recruitment agency. The staff are all really lovely & helpful, especially Summer who I have dealt with since I registered. I am currently working as a HGV Driver on a Part time basis (Saturday's) as I'm a stay at home Dad. After 17 years of HGV driving I am the happiest I have ever been in a job and really feel part of the team, even though I'm only there 1 day a week. I am really grateful to Summer for everything she does to make sure I'm happy & content and would highly recommend Interaction Recruitment to anyone! Thank you so much

Great agency. Registered Friday and started work on Monday. Zoe has got me work within the hours, and areas of Bristol that I requested. I've been with them since July.

Used to work here for a few months. Not a pleasant experience. They treat you like a number. However they give everyone a chance and its a good starting point. I would only suggest going to this agency if you have no other option, not a good experience but money is still money. Just do not stay here for long and step out of it when you can.

I registered with them a year ago (just under). Any working parent will know that time is precious so time off work and childcare costs are not easy to arrange but I did it and was happy to be registered because all that form-filling-in can be quite a lengthy process. I heard nothing though and had to call them every few weeks just to see if there was anything for me.

Other agencies have been great at finding me temp work but nothing from these people. Then because a new woman started she refused to put me forward for any roles I applied for unless I went in and RE-REGISTERED with her! She REFUSED! I made one appointment but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances on my part. Now I have had a bullish voicemail message left on my answerphone from the same woman practically telling me off and saying she refuses to put me forward for a role unless I meet her immediately. So, I guess interaction miss out on any commission I could have raised as I will no longer be going to them or recommending them. A very unpleasant experience all round

DO NOT WORK FOR THEM IF U CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME! The worst agency i ever worked for. EVERY SINGLE WEEK payment is wrong, sometimes u get lower hours rate, sometimes they dont pay u at all. If they need u at work next day, then its sorted straight away, if not then u wait 2 months and nothin. Its not just me, i have 3 friends with which i stay in touch and they has got the same problem every week.

So awaful agency, i ve worked for so many and never met such ignorants, liars and CONS! when i try to solve that without court they just say "oh sory we cant do nothin, call someone else" all the time the same

We used interaction recrutiment for the hire of 4 full time members of staff within 6 months only 1 is left. Very poor customer service, when we complained that we had paid a hugh a amount for these staff to place them we were offered no discount or credit for replacing them. They take weeks to return calls and are very rude. Do not recommend.

How should i start? Not counting how many times has this agency saved me, have been with them for few years and gained lot of experiences in every aspect, Chris, Ben and Dean all three of them are very professional with great personality and charisma, they have never let me down and always been honest with me, never had a problem with payments or payslip so when you do people look back if you have filled bank details right and have been signing in and out, dont blame them for something that is your responsibility. There are no inof stars i would rate you guys i will always recomend you as best agency in Bristol. Thanks for being there when i needed you. Best Regards

I had really bad experience with Interaction recruitment. Staff is rude treating you like an intruder. They keep on calling you offering ad hoc jobs even if you clearly stated ONLY ONGOING EMPLOYMENT. Money wise that's another story I had to wait for my wages for over 3 week and eventually they have paid me after 2 phone calls to their main office. Unpleasant experience, unprofessional, untrustworthy - I wouldn't recommend them even to my worst enemy - AVOID!

Really bad company they will lie to you to get the job done then rip you off on your wages if you get paid at all please avoid this company you have been warned

Staff are friendly, however when it comes to doing any work are completely useless. Despite being extremely ill and trying to contact the company apparantly answering a call or an email isnt in the job description. Have tried to contact for days and still no response.

I registered with these and they were thorough and would ring to see if still interested and did ring with some jobs. The staff are friendly and helpful and keep in contact
