I think with any agency you would have to rate them on results and to that end we have had some good quality candidates that have stayed with us. I would say for anyone considering using Absolute then you will have to look for a long time to find anyone easier to deal with and remarkably they do due diligence with their candidates to match you. A long since forgotten skill with many agencies that's for sure.
