Jack has almost 10 years' experience working on executive searches across the not-for-profit sector in the UK and Asia-Pacific markets. Louise re-joined Execucare after a successful tenure as Executive Director of the Nikau Foundation and the establishment of the Michael & Suzanne Borrin Foundation following a $38m bequest.

Sarah has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Auckland and began her early career practicing as a lawyer and then worked for a variety of professional service firms in both Auckland and London before moving into executive recruitment.
