I worked with Mark from Headway on getting my next role after my longer maternity break. The experience was nothing but great and smooth, Mark was always very professional and friendly. The communication was clear and fast and I always felt looked after. Mark was always there to give me tips and advice. I highly recommend their services.

So iv been working with Headway since April 2019, I moved from a completely different career and was given the opportunity to move into the banking sector. I have genuinely not had a problem at all, this is considering 3/4 lockdown and Corona Virus, any and all issues were rectified, I would like to personally name both Beth and April who were my main points of contact.

Even on the rare occasions there were any issues with needing Headway to provide information, payroll or giving me a personal statement when I was time to leave. These were all done as a matter of priority. I would (and have) recommended friends headway and again they have not been disappointed.

Really professional company, they never take too long to respond and even managed to get my friends work once I'd gotten my job. They check up on us a few days before each shift (only work football matches) and are easily contactable. Would definitely recommend finding work through them.

I applied for a role I was unsuccessful with, however Annabel contacted me with regards to a different role that was actually more suitable. I applied for the vacancy and was successful. Annabel and the rest of the team were more than helpful throughout and always very prompt to answer any question I had. Very good quality highly recommend.

Terrible company. Saw a job advertised for petty cash in Yeadon, spoke to the Leeds office who initially said they were not happy to put me forward to the role and were more keen to take me on-board for a more suited accountancy role for my background, despite telling the agent that I wanted a change in my career. I was then asked to register with. the Bradford office, after numerous phone calls and e-mails I still had not received a call from these.

I am glad I have not been contacted to register and meet the Bradford office as this company seem keen to push me for roles that I do not wish to pursue in my career again. I would also not be wishing to be put forward for further positions by this company as it is myself that ends up doing all of the chasing to try and get answers.

Sophie and Stephanie who are based at the Saltaire office were absolutely amazing and very professional! They helped me get 5 interviews and a new job within 2 weeks of going to see them!
