I cant recommend Kate highly enough. Everything explained in easy to understand terms, using diagrams and pictures to explain the process and procedures she will follow. She gave me as much time as was needed to clear my badly blocked ears, eventually handing me back the gift of hearing. So knowledgeable and passionate about her subject who is obviously a true professional within her industry. Gave me some very good advice about after care and set aside a follow up appointment as a matter of course to make sure my ears have returned to normal. She will only charge you for work she does, no hidden extras. Much appreciated Kate and Thanks again. Highly Recommend, You Wont Be Disappointed.

What a fantastic experience! Kate is a dedicated professional who sorted my challenges with care and courtesy. She was patient and extremely methodical. The support and information was first class. Kate visited my husband recently at home as he really couldn't wait to have his ears checked any longer and it was difficult with shielding and working from home to travel to the clinic. We trusted Kate implicitly to treat in our home as she followed all the covid guidelines and had the appropriate PPE so we felt safe to have her carry out the procedure. This is the second time my husband has been treated by Kate, we wouldn't trust anyone else to look after our ears. Thank you Kate!

Amazing treatment no pain and all done both ears in about 15/20 minutes. First thing I did when getting in my car to drive home was to turn down the radio! The following morning awoke to the dawn chorus! I had no realised how much hearing I had lost over the years. Hearing loss being so insidious it only became apparent when I got my hearing back. Thank you!
