Certainty Recruitment is run by experienced consultants that are dedicated to providing a customer focused recruitment service.
We believe that finding the right candidate for your vacancy is paramount and with this, we listen, which in turn assists us in better understanding your organisation and requirements to be able to better source the candidate your are looking to recruit.

Founded by our Director who has over 25 years recruitment agency experience and is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruiters. She has throughout her career, filled in excess of 1500 permanent vacancies and no fewer than 10,000 temporary opportunities.

Well versed at understanding your requirements and throughout her career picked up experience within many areas of recruiting. Working predominantly between the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, however is well used to working outside of these hours.

Being an independent recruitment agency, we are able to adapt our recruitment services to your needs and requirements, from offering straight advertising campaigns through to Consultancy based projects which includes the full recruitment service to shortlisting and salary negotiations.
