I heard about The Agency from a friend and enquired with the intention to find part time work whilst at Uni. Bev got back to me straight away with a great opportunity, helping me through the whole registration and enrolment process for the position, ensuring the hours provided would fit in to my university schedule. I was able to start working within the next week.
The Agency had been amazing throughout and always helped whenever I needed. The weekly check-ins made me feel I was supported throughout the time. They helped to provide me with a permanent contract within the company and I am very grateful to them. I started with the Agency thinking I would go in to factory work as the other agencies had offered at the time of covid. Being with the Agency they had given me a opportunity that no other agency had done and got me on to the right path of work and had perfectly fit around my work times due to me being a student. They were perfect in every way possible from getting me started to every step of the way from checking up on how my shifts went over the weekend to even asking if they could do more. Honestly one of the best agencies to work through if your looking to progress to attain a contract from the companies themsefles as well as just flexible working.
They are truely the best of both worlds and the team members are amazing cannot fault them on anything they are by your side and very supportive great agency and can vouch a thousand times over for them.

After a short spell of unemployment I discovered THE Agency from a Google search for local employment agencies. I was pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere when I attended a face to face interview the following day after contacting THE Agency. Within 3 days I attended an interview at a local utilities company. Unfortunately I didn't get the job.
The following day I was contacted by Jo at THE Agency, who gave me constructive feedback from the interview which was really helpful and encouraging. 2 days later I was contacted to go for another interview for a position that had just become available. This was right up my street, and within 2 weeks of initial contact with THE Agency, I was in full time employment.
During my employment, I was regularly contacted to check everything was ok and if there was anything I needed. Whilst I was working for THE Agency I had a family crisis, and they were so helpful and supportive during this troubled time. I was made to feel like part of the family. I would highly recommend THE Agency. A professional employment agency with caring attitude.

I couldn't recommend The Agency highly enough. I have worked in the past for other agencies but this is far the best who go above and beyond requirements to ensure you feel part of the team. Kim and her staff are totally amazing and they always give you their full attention. I registered with The Agency over 2 and a half years ago and immediately started doing temp work.
During my time l always had work when l wanted and have now l have been made permanent with the employer l had been assigned to long term. I would like to saya big thank you for everything and for making me feel life can definitely begin again after the age of 50 xx

I have worked as a temporary worker for THE Agency for six years and I have to say the experience has been wonderful. They offer a great service to all their candidates - I have worked along side many of them during the course of my contract with THE Agency. Their service is second to none from the minute you walk through the door and whilst you are working for their clients they really look after you, making sure that you have everything that you need, you really feel looked after. Kim and Jo work really hard to get to know every temporary worker and Louise builds very strong relationships with her candidates!
She also does amazing interview preparation - she gives advice and tips on things I would never have even thought of. they are all true professionals! Thank you ladies, you are brilliant and are the best agency I have ever worked for! Keep up the good work!

I contacted The Agency after finding them on Google, I spoke to both Kim and Bev who were both lovely and went above and beyond, even contacting a client who had filled the position I wanted and managed to squeeze me in, I had an interview the day after and was offered the perfect position that met my needs the same day. The Agency provided the information and guidance I needed for the interview, so I'd like to say thank you for all the help, and I would recommend giving them a call!
