I started myself through this agency at my current place of work (Chloe was my recruitment officer at the time) I was promoted to supervisor and then taken on full time. I now run the department and essential supply my staff. Megan (who is by far the best) is the main contact along with Grace, Dana and Rachel are always helpful and are in regular contact. If we ever need staff at short notice the somehow always manage to pull it off no matter the day or time. Couldn't recommend enough.

I have been with essential recruitment for around 3 Years and have always had work. Even if I want over time it has been available. As regard wages I have always been paid on time and the correct amount. This is a fantastic company and a true privilege to work for. Work starts as temporary but can and does lead to permanent. As it looks as though I am coming into a permanent contract my advice is join essential recruitment work hard and be on time and you will love working with the fantastic team. The day I get a contract will in many ways be a happy occasion but I will miss having the team behind me. Many thanks to you all, you have truly been amazing.

I received a phone call from Rob,the following day in for an interview,half way through the interview with Chloe,she asked me about a position,I said yez get me in it,the t following a series of interviews and calls I gained a job that is well paid and is on management. Give them a go,I would not waste your time with any other agency,as Essential do what they are good at and what every other agency should aspire to be.
Chloe is a wonderful lady and puts you at ease and always answers the phone.

For anyone reading this review, I'd like to highlight how essential have supported me into finding work. They show understanding an empathy to people's situations and support them to their best ability. I personally can't find a single fault with the company.
