When looking for agency, they are the best agency I have ever worked with, I have been to many places in United Kingdom, working with many agencies as we'll, 24hrs they are the best to non, they have good and adequate staff who have listing ear to all, good administrative work to make things right, there workers are like families to them, they fight for you were your voice can't be heard, Permit me to mention best of them all to me, Hannah you are the best, I can't forget when one care home lied against me, not only you fight, you believe me and proved them wrong in there claim, Hannah you are like Umbrela that covers not the company alone, but you shelter everybody that have one thing to do with the agency, you're a mother to all, I we for ever loved and adore you, more grace to you all also to your great and esteem organisation, long may you live. I have been working for 24hr Healthcare for the past 5 months as a recruitment consultant and i can honestly say, i have never been so happy in a job as i am here. They are very efficient with support, I never felt isolated, they respect and they guarantee the health of clients. Lynn and Hannah are examples of those who have shown their commitment and devotion to providing for all staff and customers of the health service. I called many agencies for nursing cover over the Christmas period and no agency got back in touch or covered the shifts. 24hr healthcare in saltaire was the only agency out of 30 agencies that I got through to, and who actually called me back, and covered my last min shifts. I am flabbergasted how unprofessional this company is. They use indian call centres to first speak to you and then once you do speak to someone from the UK they are simply interested in your money and not in helping you. Awful and should be avoided at all costs.

I would like to say thank you to 24hr healthcare for all their continuous support for the last 5 years. Whenever I have needed cover 24hr consultants have always helped out, many thanks to Andrew, and Hannah.

Such an unprofessional company. I went to these lot after thinking they may help me but outsource calls to Indian call centres before you even get to speak to them eventually. They make so many unfulfilled promises and can never deliver. On top of that, now one of the women working here keeps calling my man! I have told her not to misuse our details but she continues to send him flirty messages. The 5 star reviews you see on here are all fake ones left by themselves. Avoid this firm. It is not to be trusted.

I sent my job application to Lee and he called me within 10 minutes. He always replies to the emails and he does it in an efficient and quick way. I needed specialist staff to work in a secure unit which required staff the to be fully vetted, 24hr recruitment was recommended to me so I contacted them and spoke to Cameron and he kindly provided me the staff we required on short notice, I was provided with a full profile, and photo identification with relevant CRB checks prior to the staff arriving on shift, the recruitment process which would have taken me at least 7 days to do but 24hr recruitment had staff ready and available which is what our company needed and now rely on this service.

Overall we have built a very good business relationship, they have been very good and provided me with a excellent service and I will continue to work with them. very polite, honest and reliable staff. Highly recomended!
