Thoroughly enjoyed working with GRB and would recommend them to any Graduate after a role. Daniel Pidgeon, the recruiter who worked with me, was thorough in questioning what I wanted in a job, and lead me through each stage of the process from checking my CV, to preparing me for interviews. They know the companies they work for and where my skills fit best, meaning no more wasted applications.

I had been searching for a job for around two months after graduating from university until I stumbled across GRB. To be honest it is a shame it took so long to find them because they were brilliant, and they helped land my first full time job! They were very professional from start to finish, unlike some recruitment agencies where you can tell you're being mucked around.
My consultant was Danielle Buckland, and like GRB, she was fantastic. She always kept me informed and it felt as though she genuinely cared, which was great and a big motivator to reach the end destination. I can't thank her enough for all the help I received and the effort she put in, she is a credit to the company!

Every graduate fears the day they have to "join the real world". I never thought I would be leaving university to go straight into my ideal job, but GRB made the whole process stress free and easy.
Marnie was wonderful throughout the whole process. She was always delightful to talk to, and helped with tailoring my CV to briefing me before each interview and answering any questions .
I appreciated how I was always kept up to date and all communication was done over the phone. They don't just look at your CV but try and understand you as a person.

The service is free and the people are wonderful, I have no regrets and would highly recommend it! I can now focus on finishing university and enjoy the summer stress free. Throughout my internship there was a prevailing sense of learning and understanding. Not only did the quality of my verbal and written communication improve over my two week internship, my ability to handle complex data, developing my analytical skills was greatly ameliorated. The overarching company ethos to match the best graduates with the best positions is matched by a tireless drive to ensure that each candidate is afforded the best opportunities.
Other organisations might focus on numbers and quotas but the GRB offer a guide on how to progress in the future whilst offering a practical and enviable skillet. I greatly enjoyed my time as a member of the GRB and I welcome the opportunity work alongside them again.

I was always distrusting of recruitment websites / organisations because I thought they would be impersonal and link me to companies that I didn't really care about. Utilising the expertise GRB had to offer made finding a graduate role so much of a smoother process than it perhaps could have been and for a large portion of time was until I began working with Gen Bell to land myself a job. Both Gen and Dan, that I had contact with were extremely polite and were very knowledgeable, both in answering any question or problem I threw their way and at acting as the perfect intermediary between myself the company I have ended up accepting a role with.
