After registering my CV online, one of their recruiters got in touch shortly after to let me know about a role they thought I'd be suitable for. When I told them I was interested they really went out of their way to help me prepare and ultimately secure the job (even offering to give me a lift to the interview while my car was getting repaired). If you're looking for a new job I'd highly recommended getting in touch with their team.

I registered with Escape online on Tuesday and got a call from Andrew to talk through my CV and what I was looking for the same day. He recommended a role that I hadn't seen advertised anywhere else that looked ideal so he contacted the company and sent my CV across. I had an interview on Thursday and was offered the job on Friday. Can't get better than that!.

Linda Hunter I think the BEST agent I ever met. The past 3,5 years we had such a great work relationship she arranged all of my work since I moved to Scotland. My first job was from apply to be on the job within 10 days, the second and the third jobs within a few days and my current one, within 2 hours I was on site. I think Escape is very professional dealing with their contractors. Linda follow with me up when I start in a new position to be sure that everything is going fine. I have had really positive experiences with Escape, specifically Lauren Dyer (Supply Chain Senior Consultant). Very very disappointed after a positive start. I dealt with Kelly Ann Hughes to start with and got an interview with the employer. It was very positive and after speaking to Kelly a couple of times I was made to believe I had a start date. Kelly went off on holiday and left me to deal with Gordon Coyle from whom I received a phone call from telling me I had a start and they were just to confirm times and shifts.

My start date came and went, I've had to phone him twice with still no real answer as to what's happening. In the meantime I've turned down other work believing I had work through Escape. Much like other reviews have suggested the communication and commitment to their potential employees is very poor indeed. I have since seen the post re-advertised independently by the employer. Still no contact as to what's happening from Escape.

Absolutely crap. Paul Leishman is the most ignorant man I have ever came across. Clients and candidates avoid this company at all costs. They will never find you a job, they just don't care.
