All our consultants have worked previously in domestic service and held household management positions giving them a unique understanding of the private staffing industry. Marshall Harber has a strict registration policy and we will only present our clients with the best selection of private home professionals available, so it is important that you read the following carefully before sending us your details. To register with Marshall Harber, we would require a minimum of three years of experience in private service, or in special cases, a solid background in hospitality or catering will be considered for certain vacancies.We would be reluctant to accept an applicant with a "busy" CV.

Decent services in sourcing household stuff even though once the candidate didn't show up and the client has not been notified. Completely unreliable and unprofessional when honouring third party agreements even when previously confirmed by a business partner/senior management rep. EDIT: As a response to the below and to be clear, one of the Founding Partners of this company entered into a verbal agreement with me.
The very next day the Managing Director refused to honour the agreement over a trivial amount. This is not how you do business and this is certainly not how you get repeat business.

We have been dealing with Jo at Marshall Harber. She has recently assisted us in sourcing a couple for our home in France. We have always found recruiting domestic staff to be a time consuming and tricky affair, but Jo has been a pleasure to deal with.
