J&J Recruitment was founded by Peter Johnson in the spring of 2006. Peter the former Managing Director of one of Kent's largest Recruitment Companies secured premises in his home town of Herne Bay and started trading mainly in the Transport and Industrial sectors, he was soon joined by former members of staff from his previous agency and other experienced consultants who wanted to share the work hard /play hard non blame culture of the company.

I have been with J & J recruitment solutions as a hgv driver for the last couple of years. My experience with them has been a positive one. Plenty of work and prompt payments. Also I get courtesy calls from Phil Lovelock checking if all's ok, which I think is a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this agency.
