Bird & Co was established in London in 1981 to deliver board and executive search to clients around the world. Since then, we have evolved to become a broader leadership consultancy also offering non-executive and executive coaching and mentoring through our sister company: The Coaching House. We have always been ahead of the curve, whether it be on gender diversity on boards or on-boarding for new NEDs with mentoring and coaching. We are still evolving, driven by the needs of our clients in a rapidly changing market.

A FTSE media group asked us to find a diverse digital voice for its board. We placed a female technology leader who was also a first-time NED.
