Hugo Tupper is a great contract recruiter with a sound understanding of his market. He searched for a new role for me, for numerous weeks and then I was "placed" by another agency. Well, I should say, "offered a contract", which was suddenly withdrawn from me at the last minute. Hugo then arranged a conversation with a manager at a company in Belgium and I have just completed my second month with them. Payments have been fine and Hugo is always in contact. These guys come with a star next to them

My company unfortunately cooperated with them, they are now blacklisted! They don't prescreen candidates at all. They call you 100 times a day, even when you tell them not to do that. A contractor who was supporting us through them was getting another offers from them even though he was far from end of his contract - they simply didn't know he was still with us.
They have very bad contracts, not protecting your intellectual property at all. From what I heard, they are also not fair with contractors - reducing them hourly rate without reason. Don't share your contact details with them.
