We've used Pink Accounting for the 8 or so year we've been trading, and they've been an incredible company to work with - professional, supportive and always looking out for our best interests. If there was an option for zero stars, or even negative stars, I would def have gone for that. Never have I been let down more by a service provider in my life. Everything that Pink Accounting could have failed at during the one year that I was a client there, they did. Their customer service is tardy (sometimes took weeks to respond to one email), they would do work without notifying me that this action would lead to an additional charge and would then slap me with a bill after, they offered no additional help or advice and did the bare minimum of what was expected (or didn't do it at all) where most of the time I felt like I was doing everything myself anyway. Would never recommend in a million years.

I can't understand the 1 review below, maybe the lady gave the review for the wrong company? I've been using this company for a while now and I don't recognize anything that lady said. I have always been able to meet with and speak directly to the owner. He used to work for Inland Revenue so really knows his stuff and this is one reason why I chose to go with them.

My emails are replied withing a few hours and I've always been able to get a meeting within a few days. The best bit is how they are effectively able to navigate the tax system so that you're legally paying the lowest tax possible. I keep my own records so I don't know how their bookkeeping is but they are very good when it comes to strategic tax and business advice.

I recently met with Peter for a FREE consultation and left informed enough to file my own taxes, saved a ton of money and feel very confident about how to arrange my tax affairs in the future. He is an ex -tax inspector and is very good at highlighting how to maximize all the means to reduce my tax in a legal way that won't get me into trouble. I actually can't wait to start earning more money because I know I'll be in good hands. Just to put this into context, I wanted a similar consultation with another accountant firm and they were going to charge me 175+VAT
