As the owner of a ground transportation company based in Peoria Illinois, I work with initial transportation needs for dozens of nurse staffing agencies as new transplant workers are brought in to help with the critical nursing shortages in our area. By far and away Shearwater is the most professional of all the companies we have worked with to date.
Our Shearwater contact, Chloe, is always right in spot with exactly what their needs are when requesting ground transportation. The nurses from Shearwater who I have meet are so pleasant and cheerful. I almost want to get sick just because I am so confident in the nursing staff that would be taking care of me at OSF. Great working with Shearwater. Highly recommend!

If I could give these people zero stars I would, currently a nurse with them and this is the worse decision I have ever made. I continue to have issues with my already low pay at this point it is just disrespectful how they treat their employees. Nurses I DO NOT recommend, there are better agencies out there
