I was told by one of their recruiters complete lies regarding flexible working and that the role that I applied for included working from home once I pass the probation period. I was also told not to mention this at the interview. It turned out to be a complete lie! I had to resign from the company 3 months later as I could not maintain working so many hours in the office.
I complained about this to the manager at THC Julie but she did nothing to remedy the situation. Suggest all employers and candidates stay away from this company as they are only interested in their commission and will say and do anything to get it!
