First time experience using Wilcock & Co I would definitely recommend, from the day i contacted they were really professional, helpful and friendly. Overall good service throughout 2 yrs of renting a property but when moved out had to pay for a fridge freezer Which was taken by someone they sent when I asked to remove few other bits too but they had no knowledge of that 2 yrs later and sadly didn't have any messages or proof to clarify this and had to pay for it!.

I purchased a house via Wilcock recently. The people are really nice & obliging (When you manage to speak to someone). However it is often quite challenging to get hold of someone to speak to. I have never heard the phrase "I was just about to ring you" used quite so much before. Be prepared to chase for responses.
