Demon Recruitment Group recognises that candidates want to feel valued by an agency, not just spend time registering and then never hearing from them again. We do our upmost to keep in touch with all our candidates and we do not just wait until a suitable vacancy is called in, we actively market our candidates to relevant industries and sectors to source the right role.

We understand that occasionally, temps may mislay or forget their timesheet on the day that it is due to be signed. Please ensure that you fill in your individual details (Name, Address of Placement, Week Ending etc). I highly recommend this agency, I used them at the start of 2018 and received an interview that same week. Upon the end of the contract I contacted them and received an interview the next day. Highly recommended and professional at all times, cannot recommend them enough and will definitely call them if I am looking for employment in the future.

Yes you might help people find a job but keep in mind, most of the really terrible employers use Demon Recruitment for zero hours and hard labour. Contracts are not clear, you might just be a temp Xmas worker but Demon won't tell you that. Instead you will get given the 'sorry the employer decided to terminate your contract, you cannot go back and we cannot help you now either'. Ouch.

Like all agencies, they don't have any idea what they do and they don't care. I have come with my CV at them, all nice and good, we will look over it and will start to match up your profile with the jobs available that will fit. I have to say that at first they have made a good impression, all of them do. Called a few days after just to check if everything is going good, they didn't even knew who I was and that I have given them a CV and said to send my CV over email.
Fair enough, I gave them another chance, sent the CV on 31st of May and I still not got a response, a confirmation or anything related to that. I have worked with lots of agencies unfortunately as I had to do my studies in parallel so I could not get a full time contract. But really, don't use any agency and search for a direct job application, it is just the best.
All the agencies are really the same, empty promises and a drive for doing nothing (if they hit their quota of how many people they need to have) - my conclusion after 3 years of working through agencies.

When job hunting, I would only ever use Demon. I have been using demon recruitment for around 10+ years and I have only ever had nothing but professional and attentive service. From the moment I've communicated what I am looking for, I have always been updated with things and always been given options. Even if there hasn't been anything for me the time they've always made sure to stay connected with me and keep me in their thoughts. Their help and customer service is second to none, I would only ever use Emma and her team to help me find new work.
