This Company does not operate from this address, and has not done so for some time now. I initially spoke to someone who got me to sent various documentation to him. I heard nothing back. - I would keep well away from this set of chancers.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value For anyone who works through an agency or is looking to work through an agency, AVOID this company, they haven't a clue what they are doing when it comes to pay procedures, government guidelines etc they are not professional at all. I have worked through this agency for 8 months and it has been nothing but a nightmare.

I worked via Executemps in summer 2004 on an assignment for AQA (Assessment & Qualification Alliance), typing handwritten reviews. At a time when all the other agencies in whole Newcastle (with sole exception of Brook Street) would only take my CV and never be interested in me again (this was shortly after EU enlargement when the UK labor market opened), Executemps promptly organized an interview, tested my computer skills and did everything in their power to find placement for me. Last but not least, in all these years they still operate from the same address. Talking about reliable business. Thank you Trevor, you and your team made my summer!

I assume that the other reviews here were written by Executemps staff themselves as they are far from my experience of this company. After months of trying to contact Executemps about work I discovered that it is impossible to even get an acknowledgment from them, never mind any actual work. I registered five or six times on their website at the end of 2017.

I heard nothing. In January 2018 I phoned and asked if I could send my CV to someone there as their online registration seemed to be broken and was told to send it to Trevor. Again I heard nothing. I sent my CV to Trevor a second time after a week. I still heard nothing. I phoned to ask if I could speak to Trevor - "he's not in the office". When will he be in? "Tomorrow".

Can I send my CV to someone else? "It's best to send it to Trevor." Phoned again, Trevor still not in (is he even a real person? I'm not sure). Emailed Trevor again in March - heard nothing. Luckily I have now found a permanent job through my own efforts despite all the time wasted on Executemps. I'm not sure this company does anything except write online reviews of itself. Avoid at all costs.

I have worked for Executemps when I have been out of regular work and both times they have been fantastic. Very professional, interviews given as soon as I signed up and great support when I was working. One of the best employers, never mind agencies, I have experienced.

Poor. Had to email twice for feedback and was told I just missed out and the client would like me to be put forward if another position arises but the job is still being advertised. Quick to organize the interview though.

Fantastic agency to work for, Trevor offered loads of help and support and found me relevant work and listened to me regarding travel, type of work etc I needed. Highly recommended!
