The company director, Jo Learmonth has a great personality. She is very kind, supportive and professional. She found me a really good job quickly and she always looks after me and makes sure that I am happy wth my job. I can always talk to her and sort it out if there is any problem. Out of all agencies I have signed up for and used, past and present, Ritz by far has delivered with job opportunities. the temp team, Jo Learmonth and Helen, have always found me work and not just any sort. I mainly deal with Jo and Helen who looks after the Temp desk however anyone else who picks up my call is always helpful and professional. They are both pro active and honest in their approach to the clients and the roles they have available. I have found them to be reliable in responding to me whenever I have questions and they always aim to find me a role that compliments my skills, personality and abilities.

I have been really impressed with their ability to match effectively. Both Jo and Helen are friendly and warm as people and they always make time for a catch up and a giggle when needed. Honestly if you want quick money sign up for Ritz if not. my experience at Ritz has been one a draining experience. Associate Director is unprofessional, rude and talks to people like they are beneath her. I have friends who have also worked for Ritz who feel the same. And I feel something should be done. She has an inferior complex which allows her to mention how long she's been in the recruiting agency while dismissing your opinion or how you were treated in a conversation. Helen was a better Associate Director.

She has never been rude to staff ever! Very unorganised Agency. They send you to inadequate clients who have no organisation skills also. No progression. This agency has been the worst I've ever worked for.

Best recruitment company! I have been working with Ritz for 5 years and I have always had consistent placements with professional companies. Whilst at Uni I could always rely on this agency to place me somewhere that would suit me, taking all things into consideration i.e commute time, industry. The Director Jo is amazing she always checks in to make sure you are comfortable in the role which is really nice, she would also call or text to catch up throughout the time I was studying to see how I was doing and if I needed any work.

Overall I would say Ritz are very consistent and attentive when responding Helen is always there to help. I would and have recommended Ritz to family and friends in the past and they too have had good experiences.

Ritz have truly assisted me in many ways over a lengthy period of time in securing both permanent and temporary roles. The various members of staff, Jo Natalie Helen have all been very helpful individuals. They have been incredibly kind to me.

I have been employed via Ritz Recruitment for nearly a year now; Jo has been great at finding me work and even giving options on occasions. HR, holidays and the wages side of things has been an absolute dream; my questions have always (and I actually do mean always) been answered promptly. It's actually the only recruitment agency I would recommend in London.so hoping they can find me another year of temping.

Went in to register after they saw my CV on one of the jobs boards. However, after I had filled in all their forms and taken their tests (which I passed) they said the jobs market was quiet and they didn't have anything on their books at all, either temporary or permanent at the moment but it was useful to have my CV ready in case anything came up in the future. In other words, it was a CV fishing trip which I had to pay for.
