We called our company Reed in Partnership back in 1998 because we knew we couldn't solve all the issues people face by ourselves. We are proud to work with hundreds of organisations to provide high quality, successful services that help people and their communities to prosper. In 2020 we were re-accredited by the Merlin Standard - again rated 'excellent' for our supply chain management.

At first I was impressed with their professional office and presentation of the agents however after a few conversations and a meeting it appears they do not understand or are deliberately insensitive to your needs, e.g. medical GP note that I am unwell and not able to work, or my repeated reminders I am not free on Tuesdays, yet the agent does not reschedule and keeps setting up appointments on dates I am busy on unwell without any discussion or confirmation by me.
It appears they think you are enslaved and meant to appear at any schedule they assign even if you are busy and do not get it. Even with my symptoms of hypersalivation clearly visible that I was constantly using tissue papers and unable to really be comfortable this agent kept on behaving like my health does not matter, just as he ignored over phone when told I am actually very unwell and unable to talk properly.yet expected me to keep talking.and meet him as he demanded.
I have no clue why this Reed in Partnership is allocated, why they have these ways of making you feel your needs do not matter. Nothing was done by them anyways, it's just about using their computer system to answer poorly designed quizes, imagine.questions about nutrition and wellbeing do not even take into consideration a vegan diet.asking about meat, lean meat, beef, dairy, etc.
With no option pf saying not applicable. Its outdated and useless. About CV again you and computer, noone even reads it or has time to advise you. You are with a dull sort of computer, what sort of support is this?
