Absolutely first class service! I ordered a harness around Christmas time and Jo sent me several emails helping me to choose the harness that would best fit my dog from the Perfect Fit range. I had picked the wrong sizes (no surprise!) and Jo very kindly asked me for photos of my dog and went on to suggest which size components I needed. Would thoroughly recommend! Thank you!

After a bumpy start and with a little disappointment with the fact the I could not get a response by phone or email over the first couple of days, and my ordered items were not available for immediate dispatch as advertised on the website Jo managed to bring things back around and arrange delivery albeit a few days later than planned. Once contact was established Jo was quick to follow up. Thank you!

Wow what can I say. absolutely fantastic service. I ordered a perfect fit harness just before Christmas which is a very busy period for every retailer and my harness dispatch was delayed by at day.this was 100% a blessing in disguise. I have a husky Mal x and only sized on the girth and suggested size for a husky. I didnt think to call for advice.big mistake on my part.
As the harness dispatched was delayed I spoke to Jo and I'm so glad I did. I had ordered the wrong size I wouldnt have been able to use the one sent. she asked for photos of my boy and recommended a completely different size but they didnt have it in stock.what she did have was a clean but used size that I needed which she sent me so I would have a harness for my boy and then would send the new correct sizes when they came in a week later.
I was more than happy with this and I cannot paise Jo and the service she gave highly enough. I do get quite panicky and was rather stressed when I spoke to her with one thing and another but she was amazing. It's very easy to give great reviews when everything goes perfectly but life isnt perfect a true measure of how good a company or service is how they respond when things dont go to plan.they were extremely busy and I ordered the wrong size. Jo resolved everything and kept me calm which is an achievement in its self. I would not hesitate to use again and recommend to anyone looking for products for their beloved pets x
