Worse agency I have ever tried work with. I say tried as twice I was supposed to get transport twice I never. Had to ring the taxi company myself to see what's happened and both times the taxi company told me I had not been put on the booking. It cost me 10 a time to get to meeting point as had to get train so basically spent 20 for nothing. Rang agency second night say what happened again said was going to look into it and sort it out send me all details via email that was nearly a week ago now received nothing. Total an utter waste of time wouldn't bother at all with this agency.
