I approached Tate on the advice of a friend who had worked for them previously. I had been working in hospitality since leaving university and really wanted to expand my corporate knowledge/skills. They were efficient, warm and helpful from the beginning - despite a few rocky patches where shifts I was booked in for were cancelled due to COVID related reasons.

After relaying that I was looking to get settled in one location/role for at least a month, they found me a great opportunity in central London where I am still today. I was recently made redundant due to Pandemic. I started looking for jobs. I rang Tate and got through to lovely Laura. Since the outset, Laura was very pleasant, reassuring, patient and most helpful. She listened to me patiently and tried to find the most suitable opportunities for me as per my experience. She was most benevolent and reassuring and agreed to find me work soon. Registration process started and completed inside 24 hours and I had an interview arranged within 48 hours.
