This was a phenomenal achievement, dwarfed only by our Y2 achievement where turnover increased to over 16m, to 22m in year 3 and an incredible 34m turnover by the end of 2007. 2008 to 2010 proved to be very challenging for all businesses but we emerged from the downturn in an even stronger position with a string of acquisitions increasing group turnover to 72million for 2011 and 90m for 2012.

Probably one of the worst agencies going who pay absolute rock bottom they treat their workers like rubbish they show a very unprofessional attitude when dealing with them. I turned up for work for Fusion People and the job had been cancelled wasting my time and money when speaking to Fusion People I couldn't get hold of the agent involved and was told to "Fuck Off" by someone in the office. Avoid this agency like the Covid and monkeypox

No good agency did not pay me for my one day work at holiday park Sandford in Dorset. So had to use Acas but now have to follow up in a tribunal to get paid. Agency thinks they can refuse if no time sheet. By law No, agency cannot withhold payment simply because they not received payment from hirer, or because no time sheet signed off. If the hiring company refuses to sign time sheet its the agency responsibility to establish hours actually worked. Agencies arrive this and many do not understand the laws regarding this. Not the first agency nor the last.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They never return calls no professional ability at all. Mucked my pay up three times Even told me it was the site managers fault, after a heated discussion with him realised they were simply lying to look better. Lots of false promises. I would seriously look for another agency to work for

Not worked for fusion for long but have employed a variety of construction people over a 2 year period and I've gotta say Mike Martin is an absolute pleasure to work with, he's been a great help, always had time and puts in a great effort to find you the best possible person for the role you required. Would definitely recommend to anyone either looking to join or as an employer looking for staff.
