Was employed by Sam Sutherland for everest home improvements. whilst at everest we were forced to call customers who had already expressed that they were not interested in buying any everest products. everest simply cared about reaching their targets at all cost we. I was promised a permanent job That only lasted 3 months the the reason everest let me go is because i am black and outspoken. everest pay sam to find temp staff that they can use snd disguard when yiu no longet serve a purpose. 1 week before i got sacked i was offered a promotion which i foujd very strange. as my agency sam shouod of let me know everedt were planning on sacking me. i had no warning or anything sam is a manipulative woman with a proven ability to con vunerable job seekers She will offer you great pay and commission but the truth is Sam is the only one making commission Stay away from CPI at all cost Sam contacted Me 1 hour before my shift via email and text in a very abrupt way #cold. to tell me i had been sacked I was left shocked and distressed

I have been working with CPI for over a year now and the company (Anna Bembnowicz in particular) has been great and even as a temporary worker CPI have gone above and beyond in finding me work. There has been little to no time where I have not been in a job role which is great. Anna is a great mentor and will not hesitate to push you further along with your career choices and progression, as well as, providing excellent customer service and professional support and advice.

CPI Selection are an excellent employer, who I really enjoy working for. It's an encouraging and supportive work place, with a great team. A healthy work / home life balance is strongly promoted and there are lots of perks too. Everything from the pool table and Playstation in the Lazy Lounge to the team Sports Day and generous incentive program is great and appreciated by all who work here.

I don't know if this is down to a rogue agent, but even if this is just down to a mistake the frustrating things is chasing them down just to get a payment. Essentially they operate as a recruitment company but, as a way they allow you to work for the company you are looking to get in with on a temporary basis but you will be employed by the agency itself rather than the client.

I was given work by Anna Bembnowicz, a consultant there last month but to date I have yet to be paid :(. I will ask around now and get someone who can sort this for me but still the experience has tarnished my opinion, wasting time and energy just to get this sorted out :(
