The calibre of healthcare 'professionals' this company provide is appalling. They turn up late for shift, are so focussed on sitting down in the day room/lounge but don't bother interacting with patients. They go from one shift to another say 'I haven't had my break' so sit down and you find out they have already had a break. Meanwhile, it is 4pm, my early shift should have ended ages ago and I still haven't had a pee.or a drink!
Night workers for certain areas just sleep, even though they are supposed to be observing patients! This is now so bad that patients are reporting them to governing bodies! I often wonder if any of the staff have ever worked in healthcare! DO NOT USE THEM

I had not seen the reviews before. Now that I am reading I realise that I made a huge mistake trying to register as a locum doctor with them. Unprofessional, lies, mistakes, delays, resending documents, repeating mandatory training and all these because of the incompetence of people working in that company. I wish I had read the reviews before! Lost 3 months that I could have been working and making money.

Well I went for an In house interview for a nursing placement. It was totally unprofessional. Although I was star stuck the people there had no idea on how to do anything. Now to clarify why I was star struck one of the gentlemen he manages nursing the tiny fella, his name is Dan I'm pretty sure he played one of the dwarfs in Snow White the play. the other, Aydid, I'm sure he's the guy that says "I'm the captain now" in Captain Phillips.
A movie I throughly enjoyed. Anyway, I digress. I had a horrible experience I'm really upset at the way I was treated. They lied about pay rates and the work they actually had and tried to convince me to go to a hospital around 30 miles further than we discussed. Horrid experience. I'd rather stick to bank work!
