Law Staff Legal Recruitment is the brainchild of entrepreneur Marcus Stevens. Back in 2002, he started the firm with one desk and a telephone in his conservatory. Marcus and Victoria spent days and weeks toiling, building a successful operation. Charlotte was one of his first employees and remembers turning up for her interview on one of the hottest days of the summer in a smart black suit - something she quickly came to regret as the temperature in the conservatory steadily climbed up into the nineties!
