Rebekah established Highpoint in 2002 and has career in talent attraction spanning over 20 years. She holds a Level CIPD qualification and is able to provide HR Consultancy. Her passion is for people and identifying the right talent for organisations and is expert in delivering integrated solutions to SME and Blue Chip clients throughout Surrey and Hampshire.
The successful placement of the right candidate is at the heart of Highpoint's bespoke permanent recruitment service. Selecting a candidate on skills alone sometimes isn't enough. A successful permanent placement is a long-term one. We take time to get to know our clients' businesses, their aims and needs, their future plans, their style and culture - and ultimately, the kind of person that will fit in and become an asset to that organisation. Our task is also a pragmatic one; to oversee the full administration of the permanent recruitment process.
At Highpoint, we apply the same rigorous criteria to the selection of temporary staff as to that of permanent candidates. At the heart of a successful temporary placement the candidate not only has to have the right skills, they must also be quick to learn, adaptable to changing environments and become an asset to the employer for the duration of their assignment.
Staff training is increasingly seen as an effective means of motivating and retaining key staff, building loyalty and increasing productivity, which ultimately reflects in the company's bottom line. Identifying and sourcing the training solutions that will best suit a company's culture and its business objectives can be difficult and time consuming.

A small but very professional and friendly recruitment agency. Most agencies just quickly chat to prospective candidates on the telephone but I was interviewed face-to-face by Rebekah, the MD at Highpoint. I knew she wouldn't even put my CV in front of her client if she did not consider me to be a viable and suitable candidate. I will definitely contact Highpoint in the future if I am looking for a job or recruiting in the Farnham area.

High Point were fantastic from start to finish assisting me finding my new job. I called up out of the blue, explained my situation to Kayley who then took the time and effort to meet me, talk me through opportunities and arrange interviews. Within a week of meeting her face-to-face I had been offered a new position. I spoke to a lot of recruitment agencies but High Point just put so much more effort in when it came to keeping me updated, opening doors, and helping me prepare for the interview. Highpoint are the most professional recruitment agency I have dealt with. From the onset they take the time to find out what areas of work is best suited to you with the skills, experience and qualifications you have. They are one of the only agencies I know that still send out tests, to understand your knowledge of different computer systems. Rebekah is helpful beyond belief.

I started searching for employment in 2016 and came in to meet with one of the consultants at Highpoint, the moment I walked through the door I was offered a tea or coffee, greeted by the office mascot (dog) who was very friendly! During the interview process the consultant was warm, engaging and offered honest advice and reassurance in regards to what my next step should be Highpoint were extremely proactive as they continued to stay in touch and even secured me an interview, unfortunately after second interview stage I wasn't successful. A couple of months later I was offered an opportunity to work with Highpoint which I grabbed with both hands and now I couldn't be happier!
