This is designed to reduce the automotive manager's workload and to try to select candidates for final interview as accurately as possible. We have used Profit link for our recruitment needs for the last 10 years or so and have found some great people that have grown with us and helped us grow as a company.Since my start I have sold multiple cars, and am now the Van Specialist as well.
Services
I originally joined the motor industry as a Business Manager and promotion to Sales Manager and GSM led to a role as GM where I thoroughly enjoyed the responsibility. I then moved to Pendle (The Training Corporation) and had a great 3 years travelling the country teaching people sales process. I left to join a dealer group as Group Training Manager and combined that role with site responsibility for 2 franchised sites. After two years I was head-hunted by ASA Insurance as a Training Manager for a brand new F&I product and subsequently became Sales Director.
Experienced motor industry General Sales Manager wanted for a successful prestige franchise dealership in Hertfordshire. With a background in a similar management role, the successful candidate will need to be extremely well motivated with a proven track record of managing a sales team. A good understanding of CSI and Departmental Accounts is essential, as is the ability to keep tight control of the sales process and hit manufacturers' targets and manage a significant sales performance.
We believe that by being your recruitment partner and working very closely on site with you we can better understand the dynamics of the business and look for the right people. We charge a competitive price but are not a CV Post Box; we very actively work alongside you. We ask the client dealer to send us a brief on what the job role is exactly and the pay plan on offer.
I can't thank Rob enough for his expertise and professionalism for assisting me to take my career to the next level. His expertise and patience with the unique transition has been handled with such an outstanding service, keeping me informed every step of the way, even calling me whilst out of the country.

This place is a scam, they have a site set up and will email and text you constantly about the interviews and to sign up for a zoom slot. Do not do it, i didn't reply to any text or emails but they made it sound slike the interviews are closing soon.

Reviews can be bought and replaced. I've seen companies rattings little above 2 points going up to almost 4 points in less than 1 week before being bought by a big investor. I used to rely on Glassdoor reviews but now I don't. They are totally manipulated.

Totally agree with the previous comments! My experience: I posted a review about my company from my personal account, and then I saw there was an opportunity to create an employer's account since I myself work in HR. I have discussed this within the company and went ahead with it. I had to register with my company email and it basically forced me to write a review again (otherwise it did not let me continue).

Then Glassdoor removed both my reviews saying I violated their policy because I posted 2x trying to manipulate review scores. Wow! Even after I wanted to repost only one of the 2 reviews they claimed violation. In addition, for the short time my review was published, I saw it was showing my location and position openly. I work for a small company, I am the only person in that role and the location just made it even worse. How is this the anonymity they claim to ensure? That should mean the reviewer cannot be traced back.

Glassdoor Wont share reviews about companies if it touches sensitive stuff like religion, race and so on, which is precisely why people want these kind of reviews in the first place about workplaces. Not to mention the spammy attitude from their platform and the non updated ads for jobs, don't waste your time on here.

Delete negatieve reviews. Bad company, corrupt. Go to your local newspaper and report them!

Unfortunately completely corrupted. You can actually buy some packages (only if the request come from the company account) resulting in poorly rated reviews to be removed and/or replaced by positive one (we used that service with our company, not really expensive). Glassdoor could be amazing if properly managed and trustfully.

This is a junk company. It keeps asking is I want to get some updates on everything, every time I go to their website they will somehow start to send me junk every day. Of course I know I did click some buttons on the website, but if I who doesn't want the newsletter gets the newsletter then it's really the problem of the design.
